The Beginning of a Vision
Late Graham Nugent
In 1983, Graham Nugent founded Mandevco International with a bold vision: to transform the way organizations develop people. At a time when corporate training relied heavily on lectures and theory, Graham believed that true learning happens through experience. His pioneering approach introduced experiential learning as a powerful method to build leadership, teamwork, and real-world capability within organizations.
The Rise of Experiential Learning
As organizations began to recognize the limitations of traditional training methods, Mandevco International expanded its experiential learning approach through immersive business simulations, leadership challenges, and team development programs.These programs allowed participants to learn by doing , solving problems, making decisions, and reflecting on real experiences. This philosophy quickly became the cornerstone of Mandevco’s work, helping organizations develop stronger leaders, more collaborative teams, and lasting behavioral change.
Carrying the Legacy Forward
Thahir Erakkoden
Having worked closely with Graham Nugent since 2014, Thahir Ahmed developed a deep connection with the philosophy of experiential learning and the impact it created within organizations. As an internationally certified trainer with over 14 years of experience across India and the GCC, delivering more than 500 training days, Thahir gained valuable experience working alongside Graham at Mandevco International. In 2019, Thahir took ownership of the organization, committed to continuing the legacy and carrying its mission forward.

Under the leadership of Thahir Ahmed, Mandevco International continues to carry forward the legacy of experiential learning established by its founder. While preserving its core philosophy, the organization has expanded its operations across the UK, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and India, delivering impactful learning experiences in GCC that empower individuals, strengthen teams, and support organizations in achieving sustainable growth.
